Egypt is set to make a strong and impactful presence at Gulfood 2026, the world’s leading Food & Beverage trade exhibition, taking place in Dubai from 26 to 30 January 2026.

The Food Export Council (FEC) is pleased to report on the successful participation of the Egyptian delegation in the 5th Arab–Africa Trade Bridges (AATB) B2B Matchmaking Event for the agribusiness sector, held in Abuja, Nigeria, on 27–28 November 2025.

The 4th Mexico International Date Palm Festival 2025 was held from 27 to 29 November 2025 in San Luis Río Colorado (Sonora) and Mexicali (Baja California), as a joint initiative between the Mexican Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (AGRICULTURA) and the Khalifa International Award for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation (KIADPAI), supported by Erth Zayed Philanthropies Foundation and local state governments.

The Food Export Council (FEC) announced today that Egypt’s processed food exports have reached a new all-time record during the first ten months of 2025. Export revenues climbed to USD 5.8 billion, compared to USD 5.2 billion during the same period in 2024—registering a robust 11% growth, equivalent to an increase of USD 570 million.
